At LinkUp, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not go as planned, and we strive to make the refund process simple and hassle-free. Please review our refund policy below to understand how refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You receive a defective or damaged product (must provide photo evidence).
  • You receive an incorrect item that does not match your order.
  • Your order is lost in transit, and a replacement cannot be provided.
  • You return an eligible product within the 30-day return window (see Returns & Exchanges Policy).

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items that are used, washed, altered, or missing original packaging.
  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Change-of-mind purchases (unless eligible for return).

2. Refund Process & Timeframe

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for the refund, and supporting photos (if applicable).
  3. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item (if required).
  4. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  5. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Shipping Costs & Non-Refundable Fees

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an issue caused by LinkUp.

4. Refund for Lost or Undelivered Orders

  • If your package is lost in transit, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • If tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local postal service. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.

5. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our standard refund policy applies.
