  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
  • The original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
  • Exchanges are available for the same item or a different size/color, subject to availability.

Returns & exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • The return is requested after the 30-day window.
  • The product was purchased during a final sale or clearance event (unless defective).

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you would like to return or exchange an item, follow these steps:

  2. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

  • You can request a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund.
  • We will cover all shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect or shipping error, we will cover all return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Processing Time & Refund Method

  • Refunds for returns will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Exchanges will be processed once we confirm stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

6. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
